Dr GABRIEL STRONG 
DIRECTOR/SCIENTIFIC CONTENT/CAMERAMAN

Gabriel studied for his PhD  in Theoretical Physics (Quantum Optics) at the University of Lancaster, graduating in 2024.. His  research explores the collective optics of dipolar atoms. He released an accompanying paper this year in American Physical Society's, Physical Review Research (writing as Gabriel Bean) with Prof. Janne Ruostekoski and Dr Neil Drummond. He had previously .graduated with a 1st Class Hons. Integrated Master's  in Theoretical Physics (also from Lancaster), and was recipient  of a Dangoor Scholarship in STEM. While still an undergraduate, he worked as a researcher for BBC Science at Broadcasting House, on the Professor Brian Cox series
FORCES OF NATURE.  He is researcher for Vertasium the popular channel for science and engineering videos, featuring experiments, expert interviews, and demos, He is  also a researcher/creator for  Crimson Education,  the world's leading college admissions counselling company  creating videos for students on all areas of Physics.. As Station Manager, at NaSTA Award Winning LA1TV, he was  involved in most  aspects of production and live broadcast. 
He is currently directing and producing on his own, feature length, hard science documentary, OVERDUE.  It discusses the science behind Covid 19, with some of the worlds leading experts in Epidemiology and Virology; all viewed through the lens of a world in Lockdown.  He has been Assistant Producer on our latest feature The Bough BreaksHe brings technical and hard science expertise to our work, and is also an accomplished cameramen and editor awarded for his work on THE VILLAGE ON THE LOCH in both Cinematography and Editing. He hopes to inspire the next generation of young scientists;  tackle the attrition rates in STEM subjects to provide  more inclusivity for the underrepresented groups in our society . CAROLINE STRONG BA
CREATIVE DIRECTOR/WRITER/PRODUCER

Caroline has worked in media for over forty years as writer, director, actor. and voice artist, with the  BBC, ITV, C4, BBC Radio 3/4,  The World Service and the National Theatre. She graduated with a BA Joint Hons .(2:1) in English Literature & Drama from the University of London and went on to Post Graduate studies at the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art.  Caroline directs, writes, researches, narrates and produces for Mousehole Films.  She was awarded Best First Time Director for  THE VILLAGE ON THE LOCH, at the Canadian Cinematography Awards, (August 2019), and also a further 10 of the film's 14 awards, including .awards in producing and narration. She has just finished Co-Directing and Co- Producing THE BOUGH BREAKS with Danny Strong, she has also written and narrated the piece. It has had a successful festival journey so far and Caroline has been awarded in directing and producing.. Caroline also directs and writes all our corporate work and online content. She is a prize-winning poet (writing as CM Strong) and her work features in six new publications including Legacy of Love. Her writing has formed the poetic narrative to many of our short films and commissions. Her first poetry collection A PROOF OF LIGHT is sold in support of the Scottish animal welfare charity OneKind.. As an actor she works in Theatre, Radio and Television.  Series regulars include: Margaret, in ITV's wartime series ISLAND AT WAR, Margaret-Anne in BBC Comedy series, THIN ICE and  DC Cathy Cooper in  PRIME SUSPECT. Theatre and Radio credits include The Royal National Theatre (Olivier) and the BBC Radio Drama Company, with lead credits including her Radio Times nominated role as Georgy, in Margaret Forster's, GEORGY  GIRL.

  DANNY STRONG MSc
DIRECTOR/WILDLIFE CAMERAMAN/ECOLOGIST

Danny graduated in 2019 with an MSc in Ecology and Conservation (with Commendation) from the University of Aberdeen. He also has  a BSc Hons(2:1)  
from the University of York in Environmental Science. This has provided him with an invaluable scientific rigor when dealing with issues of ecology and conservation. 
As a freelance ecologist, he also works for the James Hutton Institute (Framework Directive) and his research for them is to be published in the next few months. He also works for  NatureScot (Nature Reserve Officer). ..This profound respect and detailed knowledge of wildlife and habitat informs on his approach to wildlife cinematography and guarantees  sensitivity and accuracy in the editing of our soundscapes. .Danny directs his own short films, two of which were Highly Commended in the
British Wildlife Photography Awards 2018. He has also won awards in editing and cinematography for his work on documentary feature, THE VILLAGE  ON
THE LOCH. He co-directed, produced, filmed and edited on our latest feature documentary THE BOUGH BREAKS which has had a successful festival journey so far. Danny has been awarded in directing, editing and producing. He is also filming and presenting on our new online series THE OUTSIDE IN, which gives a unique insight into his work.  He is regularly booked for his talks on Wildlife Filming and he also writes a regular blog for NatureScot.              ZOSHA WARPEHA                 SOLOIST

Zosha is a brilliant musician, composer and vocalist, based in New York. She performs primarily on Hardanger d’Amore, closely related to the Norwegian Hardanger fiddle. We are honoured that she agreed to perform parts of Alan Fowler's haunting score, for our new feature, The Bough Breaks. Link to her website here.
